STAGE 1: CHIPTUNING

Stage 1 of chip tuning consists of adjusting the engine management. The result is a significant gain in performance, flexibility and much more driving pleasure. During chip tuning, we adjust various parameters in the engine management. At this stage, all engine parameter values remain within the safety standards set by the manufacturer.
By adjusting fuel, oxygen and ignition, your engine will deliver more power. However, it is important that the air/fuel mixture remains in an optimal ratio.

Through data logging during the software adjustment, we measure the AFR ratio, turbo, ignition and temperatures. The data log is necessary to verify that these values are safely set. If desired, a performance measurement on our test bench is possible.

STAGE 2: CHIPTUNING + PERFORMANCE PARTS

Are you looking for more performance in a reliable way? Then we have a Stage 2 tuning for you. After this tuning, we have optimised a number of elements that increase the efficiency of the engine. In most cases, this involves the installation of a power intake and exhaust system.
Our Stage 2 projects are customised and therefore the power parts may vary per project. Example of our stage 2 tuning: custom engine software chip tuning + air filter + Milltek sports exhaust + sports catalytic converter + larger Forge intercooler.
The idea behind our stage 2 tuning is to get more air flowing to the engine, which ultimately leads to an additional performance gain. We achieve this by installing a sports air filter or a different air intake. Other benefits include a sportier sound and better throttle response.

STAGE 3: CHIPTUNING + ADVANCED
SETTINGS

We do a stage 3 tune for people who want even more power than with a stage 1 or 2 tune. Parts we replace are the intercooler and the turbo. Example stage 3: adapted engine software (chip tuning) + air filter + Akrapovic sports exhaust + sports catalytic converter + larger Forge intercooler + larger turbo.
By using a larger turbo and intercooler it is possible to let even more cool air flow to the engine. This leads to significantly more power than with stage 1 or 2 tuning.
